1 Year Blogging about Migraine Life

1 year blogging

Today marks my 1 Year Blogging about Migraine Life. Exactly one year ago, I started blogging for Migraine and Headache Awareness Month.  I read my prompt and response.  It reminded me that over the course of a year I have learned so much and gained so much insight.  Yet, unfortunately, I’m pretty much the same.  So I’m more motivated than ever to raise awareness for Migraine and Headache disorders.  It really needs a change and help.  My motivation for the month will be to share some ways to help.  I hope it will be fun and you will want to participate. To start off with a little fun, I have a giveaway starting tomorrow!

I’ll start the week with a quote:

“Understanding the challenges you face with your illness, and then planning a life despite them, maybe one of the healthiest decisions you will ever make.- Lisa Copen”

I try to live my life with hope.  I don’t have a choice when I will suffer but I do have a choice of how I live beyond it.

The Migraine and Headache Awareness Month Blog Challenge is organized by the American Headache and Migraine Association

I Dreamed a Dream by Susan Boyle

“I dreamed a dream” is one of my favorite songs.  I have seen the play Les Miserable more than once. One of my favorite thing to do is blast the music in my car belting out the ballads.  Even though it’s a sad song, it’s a song that gives me goosebumps every time!  I think…
