Best Migraine Blogs 2019: My Migraine Life

I have been named as one of The Best Migraine Blogs 2019 by MigraineAgain. Thank you!!!! As I scroll through the names, I read some of my favorite bloggers of 2019 also. Their top 10 are some of my top 10! They are advocates that fight and cry alongside me and some powerhouse women.
Best Migraine Blogs 2019
You may have seen me mention them…..
My Migraine Life
The Migraine Diva – Jaime Sanders
Chronic Migraine Life – Angie Glaser
I first met these two women (glasses, long-sleeved blue shirt, and next to me at the end) at a Migraine Blogger Summit. I am excited to be on a list of the best migraine blogs 2019 with them. Since then, they have become my migraine buddies and confidants. I ate breakfast with both of them (on different days) at the Migraine Retreat while I cried into my coffee and distracted myself with their beauty and warm hearts. Every time I walk away from either one of them I feel better understood and inspired to keep working for myself and my migraine community.
GoldenGraine – Katie Golden
Katie is a powerhouse advocate for all things migraine and pain. Her work is tireless and her smile is infectious. She is a founding member of CHAMP and works tirelessly on the retreat migraine and more.
The Migraine Warrior – Michelle Tracy
I have met Michelle at Miles for Migraine Cincinnati and Retreat Migraine. We love partnering for any project and supporting each other in many ways. She sings, she fights migraine, and she loves fiercely. [edited] Although we are listed as the best migraine blogs of 2019, we continue our work in 2020. We work on an important campaign Know Migraine Mission together.
Migraine Ninja – Teri Robert
Migraine Meanderings – Shoshana Lipson
These last two I have met in passing and mostly online. Teri is always a migraine name I trust when looking for migraine information. She has been advocating for years and makes sure that the information being passed out is accurate. Shoshana I saw at Migraine Retreat but was too sick to introduce myself. She runs an amazing group and I recommend you join it if you are interested or taking a CGRP medication.
