Chronic Migraine: managing ‘baseball headaches’ interview via Lifescript

With the Cleveland Indians leading the race to the World Series, I’ve been reflecting on my childhood a lot lately. I have always been a baseball fan! I loved to watch it, I was a huge softball player and I even identified my Migraines as “baseball headaches” before I was diagnosed. Check out my interview with Lifescript on how baseball and migraines have been a part of my life forever! #Windians #GoTribe #Indians #clevelandindians

I call the migraines that wake me up from a deep sleep ‘baseball bat’ headaches because that’s what it feels like. It’s as if someone stood over me with a bat and struck me in the head waking me up. This is when I pray my Relpax (prescription) works, however, only Relpax is effective if I catch it in time, otherwise I’m in for a hellish nightmare. The absolute pits.
