First Day of Retreat Migraine 2019

retreat migraine

First Day of Retreat Migraine is a doozy! I am so excited to travel without my family for like the first time ever! Plus, I looked forward to meeting so many people who share migraine disease and want to do something about it. The excitement was huge and my migraine decided it wasn’t going to participate. The person I saw was my friend Katie, GoldenGraine and her hug was so healing.

This weekend I’m in San Antonio for the first-ever “Retreat Migraine” In true My Migraine Life fashion, I suffered through traveling and was a wreck by the time I had the opportunity to mingle with these fabulous people. So I’m medicating and watching live from my room. Follow along with all weekend long…

*****If you are a prayer warrior, I can use some healing thoughts my way. I’m here this weekend for great things and am fearful I’ll be in my room the whole time. ****

Get some day to day details by following on Instagram and Facebook. I’m hoping to write about the experience beyond the migraine when I return.

What Happened the Rest of the Weekend?

The rest of the weekend was hard and so was traveling home.  Check out what happened and the magazine that was published as a special edition from retreat migraine.
