First Day of Retreat Migraine 2019

retreat migraine

The First Day of Retreat Migraine is a doozy! I am so excited to travel without my family for the first time! Plus, I looked forward to meeting many people who share migraine disease and want to do something about it. The excitement was tremendous, and my migraine decided it wouldn’t participate. The person I saw was my friend Katie, GoldenGraine, and her hug was so healing.

This weekend I’m in San Antonio for the first-ever “Retreat Migraine” In true My Migraine Life fashion, I suffered through traveling and was a wreck by the time I had the opportunity to mingle with these fabulous people. So I’m medicating and watching live from my room. Follow along with all weekend long.

First Day of Retreat Migraine

If you are a prayer warrior, I can use some healing thoughts. I’m here this weekend for great things and am fearful I’ll be in my room the whole time.

Get some day-to-day details by following on Instagram and Facebook. I hope to write about the experience beyond the migraine when I return.

What Happened the Rest of the Weekend?

The rest of the weekend was hard, and so was traveling home. Check out what happened, and the magazine was published as a special edition from retreat migraine.

I had a migraine yesterday and I’m just coming out of another one today, so I’m with you in migraine-sharing spirit! The retreat sounds interesting, I really do hope it’s been going as well as possible!
