Helping others have hope with Migraine
What do you do or say to help others have hope? Over the years I have had hundreds if not thousands of pieces of advice about my Migraines. Most of the time it is well-intended but wildly misunderstood. Just do this, why can’t you do that, all you need is… Well thank you, but that’s…

I enjoy your blog so much. I can relate to most everything you share. Can you share with me what surgery you have had and what surgery you are considering for your migraines? Ablation? Do you go to the Cleveland Clinic? My granddaughter, 13, has migraines and lives in Solon. When my doctor here in Olympia WA suggested I do Ablation the Cleveland Clinic online said that if the injections didn’t help then that made me not a candidate for the surgery. Thanks for a possible answer, but with how you feel and babies to care for, don’t feel pressured. My first migraine came not long before menopause and progressed to being constant, with no medication, treatment, botox etc helping. They make me sick and exhausted. I also have had pain and many surgeries with arthritis since I was 19, I am now 63. I think if I did not know the Lord, I would despair the pain and sickness with it, is so constant. It has taken 99 % of my life away. What little energies I have I try to take care of my home, feed my hubby and love on 12 grandkids in town. But this is minimal.
