Join the Movement! I’m still reminiscing over the wonderful weekend I had in Cincinnati with Miles for Migraine!

Join the Movement

Next up…..Cleveland

Cleveland is also having it’s second walk/race/relax event this year.  Last year was a huge success fundraising and walking!  I’d love to make this year even better 🙂

The Miles for Migraine events allow you to walk, run or just stay at the tents and relax.  The tents provide a variety of information from our sponsors.  There is a quiet tent and area to color in if that is a better option for you.  The purpose of the event is to raise money for local research while bringing the community together and decreasing stigma.

I would love to build my team and raise lots of money in my hometown!  There are 2 ways to Join the Movement:

  1. Join My Migraine Life Team.  If you are in the Cleveland area, I would love for you to join us!  I walk, my children run and we all have fun!  Purple is the Migraine Awareness color and I will have purple capes and flair at the event.  I look forward to seeing you!
    1. Register during early bird pricing period, prior to June 22nd and save $10+ on each registration
    2. Register a team of 3 or more people at one time, before June 22nd and get $3 off each registration
    3. Children 10 and under are FREE (no shirt included)
  2. Donate to Sarah.  If you are unable to join the movement and would like to support, every dollar counts!  Please make a donation under my name so I can represent My Migraine Lifers near and far
  3. THANK YOU!

Bright Snow Triggers Migraine 2022

Bright snow triggers migraine attacks in me. I live in the snow belt of Cleveland. We currently have mass amounts of snow. It’s crazy cold out, but oh well. I’m used to it. So we hibernate. But unlike those cozy, dozy bears in a dark cave, I am forced to face the dreaded snow glare.…

Salt Cave for Allergies, Stress and Migraine Relief

I have had a ton of responses about my Himalayan Salt lamp post. The main question is, “Did it help your migraine?”  With long-term benefits, possibly yes?! After I found that it wasn’t giving me particular relief, I placed it in my son’s room. My son suffers from seasonal allergies, coughs, congestion, sinus infections, and…
