Micrate Review: a Healing Natural Box

My Migraine Life review

I was given Micrate (pronounced my-crate) to review*. It is the loveliest healing natural box curated by a fellow migraine fighter! Filled with self-care items, I used the products quickly and had some that lasted. It is an excellent gift for Valentine’s Day and every day! Who doesn’t love a box of care sent to their house? Overall, I love how this box showered (pun intended) me with self-care items that satisfied my cravings and soothed my body and mind while becoming part of my routine.

The idea is to find the best natural products for migraineurs and make them easily and affordably available in one place.-Micrate

Micrate Healing Box

Shower Steamers

Each steamer contains dried lavender, chamomile, and the following essential oils: peppermint, rosemary, and eucalyptus, all known for their calming and pain-soothing properties.

I love baths but don’t always have the time or energy to take one. Standing under a hot shower loosens my head, neck, and shoulders while enjoying the benefits of aromatherapy. Inhaling the steamer for sinus and pain relief, followed by the muscle salve, is a great combo.

*Note, anyone sensitive to smell should check the ingredients. I found Micrate products to be subtle and calming, but everyone reacts differently. Knowing what triggers and soothes is an individualized circumstance. I love lavender!

Muscle Ache Salve

Specifically chosen for their anti-inflammatory and nerve calming properties and their ability to regulate circulation.

Micrate tea and carob treats

Typically, I love coffee and crave chocolate. I reached for evening tea and enjoyed it while loving the substitute for my regular chocolate fix. That’s why I love that the treats don’t have corn. I have a corn sensitivity and find it hard to find sweets without it. Yum!

Crystal Amethyst Roller

Aid in circulation, pain relief, relaxation, and even easing tension in the eye muscles. I’m so glad Micrate introduced me to a face roller. It is excellent, helps with sinus swelling and puff skin, and feels fantastic!

Dry Body Brush

It can help stimulate lymphatic drainage and calm the sympathetic nervous system.

I have incorporated the roller and dry brush into my routine. I did a bit of Pinterest searching about these products and found a way to use them that makes me feel good. The dry brush is invigorating, and the crystal roller is excellent and feels great on my skin and aching face.

In conclusion, I think Micrate is a fantastic gift. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a little extra care. It’s a box that offers new items to add to a routine and various items to enjoy.

Micrate Snacks and Drinks

Organic Teas

Herbs such as lavender, chamomile, and lemon balm are used for their ability to relieve stress and anxiety. While lemongrass and valerian root both have natural pain-relieving properties.

Carob Treats, from Missy J’s

Free from gluten, refined cane sugar, dairy, caffeine, soy, corn & GMO’s

In conclusion, yum!  They were delicious!

This is a great idea for a self-care & healing box, and I love the variety of things to try. The ache ease muscle stuff looks quite good in combination with the roller and dry brush. Thanks for the review, it’s interesting to see all the boxes available out there at the moment! =]
