Miles for Migraine Cleveland 2020

miles for migraine 2020

Miles for Migraine Cleveland 2020 was scheduled for Saturday July 18. Due to COVID-19 we will be doing our regular event virtually. It will look a lot different than Miles for Migraine 2019 and 2018. It looks a lot more like virtual 2017 before we were adding many cities around the United States. I am sad that we won’t be able to gather this year all together! Over the last couple years, I have been a speaker and been awarded biggest team, biggest fundraiser and the advocate award.  I hope to continue our good standings and raise lots of money this year from home.

Participating in Miles for Migraine Cleveland 2020

Even though this year is different, you can still participate in Miles for Migraine Cleveland 2020! From July 15-23, I will be lacing up my purple sneakers and logging my miles. To support, please donate to Sarah. If you’d like to join my team (My Migraine Life), please do so and post pictures and tag me in your adventures. If you are local and want to walk, contact me and we’ll move distantly together.

Even though we can’t BE together doesn’t mean we can’t WORK together to raise funds for migraine. I love that it is a week of movement or self care.  If you can’t participate on a day, take care of yourself and log a self care hour. If you can, try the next day to walk, run or be active. Either way, post a picture and how you are fighting back against migraine.

Donating to Miles for Migraine Cleveland

At this point in time, everyone’s financial situations are different, please don’t feel stressed about the amount.  If you can spare $10, amazing THANK YOU. If you can’t, pass along my post and share to friends who may. It’s all about TEAMWORK and doing the best we can with what we can. Donations will go to University Hospitals Headache Center.
