best blogs headache migraine

I am excited to announce that My Migraine Life has been named one of the best headache and migraine blogs of 2019 by Healthline!

This year, Healthline looked for blogs that educate, inspire, and empower those who deal with migraine and painful chronic headaches. You’ll find current news and treatment options, as well as personal stories from people who understand all too well.

I was shocked and honored to see that I was listed third only behind the National Headache Foundation and Migraine Diva. If you don’t follow these, I recommend you follow them all or check out which reputable site fits your life best. Remember that story about me crying at the breakfast table? That was Migraine Diva; she’s an amazing advocate and friend!

I am so happy to be working among such powerful advocacy sites and considered one of the tops!
