Does ice really work for you? Usually I’m frozen! Literally, I cannot get warm! It is awful!
I want an electric blanket for Christmas! I do love the idea of the glasses though! I started wearing regular eyeglasses regularly and the best thing I did was purchase a pair of the darkest prescription sunglasses they make! I just wish I could wear them all day long- even inside at work.
My hands and feet get insanely cold too! The ice on my head is the best natural pain relief I have, for sure!!! I use heating pads to warm up or put on my shoulders too. Check out the glasses. They have wrap around ones you can use over regular glasses. They have indoor and outdoor pairs. I wear my indoor ones a lot.
